Second Edition

Printed by: Gray Dog Press, Spokane WA
This guidebook presents 50 routes in the Wind River Mountains. The routes are designed for the advanced backpacker with off-trail experience. Routes vary from 20 to 205 miles in length and 4 to 32 days. From 20% to 70% of the miles are off-trail. All routes require some backpacking experience, a few are suitable for the off-trail novice, most are designed for the experienced off-trail backpacker, and a few require special mountaineering experience.
Maps and “virtual tours” with color photos are presented on the CD, which is an integral part of the book. In the second edition, there are no detailed maps in the book itself so the CD is NOT sold separately. Copy the CD onto your computer and store the CD as a back-up. Contact us if your CD is damaged or lost.
